Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Job Overview GSADUs is seeking a highly skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to lead our residential build portfolio from site preparation through final handover. In this role, you will manage up to 10-15 active new dwellings and ADU projects concurrently. As the Construction Project Manager, you will ensure every GSADU build is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Responsibilities Project Execution:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all construction phases across 10-15 active GSADUs job sites.
Resource & Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate daily labor, materials, and equipment logistics. Ensure all trade partners are GSADUs-verified subcontractors (or obtain management approval prior to onboarding).
Budget & Quality Control:
Monitor project costs against original estimates, conduct regular field quality checks, and uphold GSADUs build standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact facilitating seamless updates between clients, architects, trade subcontractors, and municipal building inspectors.
Site Presence & Emergency Response:
Maintain active daily site visits during operating hours (typically 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Serve as the primary first responder for clients and field crews during site emergencies.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience in residential construction (new builds and ADU experience strongly preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated skill in blueprint reading, construction scheduling techniques, and project estimating.
Multi-Project Management:
Proven ability to manage high-volume residential projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Safety & Compliance:
Thorough knowledge of job site safety regulations, local building codes, and industry best practices.
Client & Team Leadership:
Strong leadership presence with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
