Construction Superintendent — Bothwell Co | La Jolla, CA Bothwell Co is a boutique luxury residential and multifamily builder based in La Jolla. We've been building high-end custom homes, estate remodels, and infill multifamily projects in San Diego for nearly 20 years. Small team, high standards, serious projects. We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to own the field on a portfolio of active jobs. Responsibilities Full field oversight on high-end residential projects Subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and daily accountability Site safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance Weekly OAC meetings, daily field reports, and photo documentation in Buildertrend Material ordering and delivery coordination across multiple sites Managing inspector and city official relationships Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems Qualifications 7+ years as a superintendent on high-end residential construction Consistent track record delivering on time, on budget, and at a high quality level Strong communicator with owners, subs, and the office Organized and able to manage multiple active projects Buildertrend or similar platform experience preferred Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
