Full Time Position Overview The Superintendent will oversee and manage all construction activities on our infrastructure and water projects. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.District Overview Kiewit's Southern California District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil projects that include earth moving, water/wastewater, transportation, roadways, and power projects. - Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Base Compensation:
