Job Description

Are you a high-energy leader with a knack for streamlining operations? We are a premier Windows and Door company looking for a Office Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of home improvement. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to keep multiple installations running like clockwork, we want to meet you! Duties In this role, you won't just be "checking boxes." You will be the backbone of our office and field operations, ensuring every project—from initial contract to final walkthrough—is handled with professionalism and precision. You will lead our administrative efforts, manage staff, and bridge the gap between crew logistics and job site realities.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management:
Supervise daily office workflows, manage staffing needs, and delegate tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.
Problem Solving:
Act as the primary point of resolution for project roadblocks, utilizing a firm understanding of construction fundamentals to navigate technical challenges.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement operational standards and identify opportunities to promote better process flow.
Financial Oversight:
Track budget expenses, manage inventory control, and utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial reporting.
Project Tracking:
Use GSuite and specialized tech tools to monitor project timelines, supply orders, and reporting while meeting tight deadlines .
Administration:
Oversee installation supply management and maintain high levels of organization.
Qualifications Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in an office management or administrative leadership role specifically within a home improvement company .
Technical Knowledge:
A solid grasp of construction fundamentals is required to effectively manage window and door installation projects.
Technical Proficiency:
Must be highly "computer savvy" with required proficiency in QuickBooks and GSuite .
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to remain calm and effective while working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

Strong sense of professional initiative and the ability to resolve problems independently.

Experience in staffing, supervision, and developing performance standards.
