Project Manager-High-End Residential Construction (San Rafael)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale projects, including custom high-end homes, remodels, and additions. This role also supports our management team in pricing and bidding services for general contractors. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Coordinate with architects and field crews to clarify scope of work, materials, and scheduling requirements. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on progress and procedures. Assist field operations with tracking and documenting change orders. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of information and documentation. Prepare detailed scopes of work for subcontractor agreements. Participate in hard bids, estimating, and GMP budgeting by soliciting bids and evaluating proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to enhance competitiveness. Build and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams. Enforce all applicable company safety programs and procedures. ________________________________________Qualifications Strong knowledge of all phases of custom residential construction, including remodels and additions. Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Familiarity with negotiated bids, hard bids. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Valid driver's license required. ________________________________________Work Environment Primarily office-based, with weekly site visits to active job locations.

Pay:

$35.00 - $52.00 per hour
