- 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC Proven ability to run jobsite schedules, logistics, and subcontractors Hands-on leadership managing safety, quality, and daily coordination Experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovations Strong communication with PMs, inspectors, and ownership teams A bit about us:
