Our specialty lies in luxury retail boutiques, upscale restaurants, flagship showrooms, premium hospitality spaces. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Project Manager to lead and deliver on projects that demand both excellence and elegance.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager supports the project team throughout all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least ten years of construction experience who wants to build a long-term career on design-driven, high-finish commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Project Manager coordination of high-end commercial construction luxury single family residential projects Create and host OAC meetings Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout materials Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams Participate in site walks and assist with quality control and safety observations Support permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes Assist with change order documentation and tracking Proactively identify issues and escalate them to the project team as needed Provide professional, responsive support to clients and project stakeholders Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or currently completing) is a plus Strong interest in high-end retail, hospitality, or interior construction Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency with Procore or similar software What We Offer Exposure to luxury, design-forward commercial projects Direct mentorship from experienced Project Managers and leadership A collaborative, fast-paced, and professional work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
