Project Manager Compensation:
$75,000.00/year $90,000.00/year (based on experience) Position Summary The Landscape Construction Supervisor is responsible for leading daily field operations to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and at K&Ds quality standards. This role owns production performance, crew leadership, and jobsite execution. The Supervisor ensures work is completed on schedule, within labor targets, and aligned with approved planswhile maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and safety. Key Responsibilities Daily Production Management Build and execute daily and weekly work plans Direct crew assignments and sequence tasks efficiently Maintain production pace and ensure alignment with project plans Manage daily material needs and purchases Lead daily crew huddles Labor Performance Track labor hours daily against production targets Review weekly labor variance with Project Manager Adjust crew size, sequencing, and approach as needed Identify and address labor overages early Maintain real-time control of production efficiency Crew Leadership Set clear daily expectations for the team Train, coach, and develop crew members Hold team accountable to performance and behavior standards Maintain strong morale, discipline, and engagement Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping Installation Quality Review plans prior to execution Ensure proper installation methods and standards Identify and resolve conflicts before work begins Prevent rework and maintain craftsmanship quality Complete punch list items within 72 hours Jobsite Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Enforce all safety standards and expectations Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and site logistics Support field coordination of subcontractors Uphold K&Ds jobsite presentation standards Field Communication Provide daily production updates and material needs to PM Report labor trends and risks immediately Escalate scope conflicts before execution Document field conditions as needed Supervisor Non-Negotiables Daily awareness and management of labor performance Weekly labor variance review with Project Manager Accurate and timely time reporting No deviation from approved plans without PM alignment Zero safety shortcuts No preventable rework Ownership of material purchasing What Success Looks Like Projects delivered safely, on schedule, and at high quality Labor performance consistently aligned with targets Strong, accountable, and well-led crews Clean, organized, and efficient jobsites Clear, proactive communication with leadership
