The company provides vertically integrated real estate development, construction management, commercial construction, industrial construction, hospitality projects, custom homes, and property improvement services. The Denver operation supports construction management, development activities, and plumbing-related construction services for both commercial and residential projects. Clients include commercial property owners, developers, hospitality organizations, industrial companies, and private clients.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations are successfully managed every step of the way.

ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction projects from planning and procurement through final completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reporting.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor jobsite safety, quality standards, and project milestones while resolving issues that impact schedule or budget.

Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, industrial construction, MEP, mechanical, plumbing, or related construction environments.

Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Strong understanding of construction documents, change orders, procurement processes, and project controls.

Experience with plumbing, mechanical, or MEP projects preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
