Join a luxury high-rise multifamily project National developer with in-house GC platform About Our Client Our client is a nationally established real estate developer and construction organization with an integrated in-house general contracting division. They specialize in delivering luxury high-rise and multifamily communities across the United States and are known for their commitment to quality, safety, and long-term career development. Job Description Oversee daily interior construction activities and subcontractor performance Manage interior finish scopes, sequencing, and quality control inspections Track project progress and assist with scheduling and milestone delivery Coordinate inspections, deficiency resolution, and punch list completion Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, project documentation requirements, and safety procedures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
