Job Description

Strong pay and long-term South Florida pipeline $100M+ ground-up multifamily projects with full site control About Our Client Our client is a national real estate developer with an integrated general contracting arm, specialising in luxury high-rise residential projects. They are known for delivering premium assets and maintaining strong leadership across development and construction teams. Job Description
  • Oversee daily interior construction activities across assigned areas
  • Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Manage interior finishes, sequencing, and installation timelines
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

  • 3-7 years' experience in multifamily or residential construction
  • Experience with luxury high-rise projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of interior finish sequencing and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar software; OSHA 30 is a plus What's on Offer Base salary up to $130,000 + bonus, comprehensive benefits, and project exposure
