Job Description

A growing multifamily property management organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the lease-up and stabilization of a new construction apartment community. This is an opportunity for a hands-on property management leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows what it takes to bring a new community to market. The Community Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive leasing and occupancy, build and develop the on-site team and establish a strong resident experience from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead the community through pre-leasing, lease-up and stabilization Drive traffic, prospect conversion and occupancy growth Oversee day-to-day property operations and establish effective processes and accountability Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing on-site team Partner with marketing to support lead generation, outreach and market positioning Monitor leasing activity, market conditions and competitive performance Work closely with maintenance, vendors and construction partners to support building and unit readiness Manage resident communication, concerns and service expectations throughout the lease-up process Oversee community financial performance, including revenue, expenses, collections and budget performance Provide regular reporting on leasing performance, operational progress and stabilization Adapt quickly as priorities evolve during construction, lease-up and early occupancy Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of residential property management experience Prior Property Manager experience required Lease-up experience strongly preferred New construction or new community launch experience preferred Demonstrated ability to drive leasing and occupancy results Strong leadership and team-building skills Solid understanding of property operations, budgeting and resident management Strong communication, organization and follow-through Ability to create structure, solve problems and manage changing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position. Flexibility is required based on the needs of the community, including occasional weekends or additional hours during key stages of lease-up. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to play a key leadership role in the successful launch of a new multifamily community.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
