long-established South Florida roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in managing field operations and ensuring roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate has significant roofing experience, is comfortable managing multiple active projects, and knows how to coordinate customers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple roofing projects through the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction coordination through final completion Oversee field activities for residential and commercial roofing projects, including reroofing and new construction Coordinate project schedules, field crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and other jobsite requirements Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, manpower, material, and field-related issues Coordinate permitting, inspections, and project closeout requirements as needed Maintain regular communication with customers regarding scheduling, progress, and project-related matters Work closely with internal office and field teams to keep projects organized and moving forward Help ensure work is performed in accordance with company quality and safety expectations Identify potential project issues early and take ownership of developing practical solutions Maintain accurate project information and follow established operational procedures What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced roofing professional who combines strong field knowledge with organization, leadership, and accountability.
Preferred qualifications include:
