A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

- is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ONSITE Design Construction Project Manager to join our team in Coral Gables, FL.
- Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- + BA/BS + 2 Years of architecture relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + One year experience in project coordination of commercial and/or public facilities + Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background checks + Must pass the Miami Dade County fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check + Must pass pre-employment drug screen + Strong management and communications skills and negotiation skills required •
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Prefer bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or other related field. Educational degree can count towards actual work experience requirement + Familiarity with State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF)
