$70M ground-up project starting now Direct access to ownership and leadership About Our Client Our client is an established commercial general contractor specialising in mid- and high-rise construction across South Florida. With a strong pipeline of multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and condominium projects, the company combines entrepreneurial decision-making with the capabilities required to deliver complex urban developments. Job Description Manage a $70M ground-up mid-rise project from mobilisation through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and cost controls Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders Lead client communications and maintain project reporting requirements Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
