- GC•Commercial Construction Miami, FL $120,000•160,000 + Bonus + Benefits Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step with a leading General Contractor delivering high-profile commercial and institutional construction projects across South Florida?
We're partnering with an established and growing contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of experience who is ready to take a key leadership role in delivering complex ground-up commercial and institutional projects . Working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, Superintendents and project teams, you'll be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. As a Project Manager you will: Manage commercial and institutional ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee the complete submittal review and approval process. Prepare, track and coordinate RFIs with the design team. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and cost controls. Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead materials. Lead owner, architect and subcontractor meetings. Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts and project coordination. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Manage project closeout and ensure all contractual requirements are completed.
You will ideally have:
7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor . Proven experience delivering commercial and/or institutional ground-up construction projects. Strong understanding of construction documentation, contracts and project administration. Demonstrated experience managing submittals, RFIs, procurement, scheduling and cost control. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects from start to finish. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred.
