This is not a clipboard-only position. You will lead the job site and also put in physical work alongside the crew and subs every day. This engagement covers our current project and any additional project that starts during the contract term. If a second job comes up, you will supervise both under the same agreement and compensation. Add to Responsibilities Perform hands-on construction work daily, including layout, framing, blocking, installing doors, hardware, trim, and general carpentry Handle punch list items, repairs, and small tasks directly instead of waiting on a sub Jump in to keep work moving when a trade falls behind or a task falls between scopes Set up and break down the site, receive and stage materials, and keep the site clean Add to Requirements Strong hands-on carpentry and general construction skills Must own basic hand and power tools Physically able to work full days in South Florida heat, lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet A "lead by example" attitude.
