What You'll Own As a Superintendent, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution of the jobsite. You'll lead crews, coordinate with trades, and ensure every aspect of the project is running smoothly from schedule to quality to safety. You're the person who ensures: Work is completed efficiently and correctly Schedules are maintained and delays are minimized Materials, manpower, and logistics are aligned The jobsite reflects the professionalism and standards of OFDC Your ability to stay ahead of issues and keep things organized is what drives successful project delivery. What You Bring We're looking for someone with strong field experience and leadership ability.
Ideal candidates typically have:
Experience supervising commercial construction or flooring projects Strong understanding of jobsite coordination, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability You don't need to be perfect—but you do need to take ownership and pride in your work.
