The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing construction projects from planning and budgeting through to project completion, maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule adherence, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, fiS well as compliance with plans and specifications. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Review contracts, plans, change orders, Requites for Information (RFis), technical submittals, and other project documentation. Identify and resolve construction issues and project risks. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Present periodic updates and financial reports to management. Requirements Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Solid knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and project control. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable. Relevant certifications or licenses are desirable.
