ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time | Experienced Leadership Position Aria Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical projects and field operations in the Fort Myers, Florida area. We are looking for a strong electrical professional with 10+ years of electrical experience , including both residential and commercial electrical experience , who can lead crews, coordinate daily field activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of electrical experience required Residential and commercial electrical experience required Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Foreman, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of electrical construction, installation, and troubleshooting Ability to read and understand electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics Experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating daily work Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety requirements, and job-site procedures Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a drug test Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be willing to work in the Fort Myers, FL area
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily job-site activities Oversee residential and commercial electrical installations Ensure electrical work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule Review plans, drawings, and project specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow Monitor quality and productivity Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Enforce job-site safety policies and electrical standards Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide direction to the electrical team
