A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

What We Provide:
You will be provided initial/ongoing training After your first signed contract, all marketing and attire (work shirts, jackets, hats, business cards, etc.) will be provided at no cost to youCompensation:
This is a 1099 position. The commission plan is called profit sharing. There is also an hourly option which pays $25-35/hr based on experience. This will be discussed further in an interview. The hourly rates for Project Managers are as follows:- 1-15 jobs: $25 per hour
- 15-30 jobs: $30 per hour
- 30-50 jobs: $35 per hour
