Join Kolter Homes as a Construction Coordinator and play a key role in bringing beautifully built homes from concept to completion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping construction projects running smoothly. What You'll Do Be the organizational hub for multiple construction projects from start to close Prepare and manage job files, start packages, and pre-construction binders Coordinate plans, permits, inspections, and documentation Support Construction Managers with daily project needs and timely updates Communicate with vendors and utility companies to manage permits, accounts, billing, and payments Process purchase orders, change orders, EPOs, invoices, and check requests Maintain accurate project data in BuildPro, LandDev 6x, and tracking spreadsheets Partner with the Closing Department to ensure seamless, mistake-free closings Deliver prompt, professional responses to internal teams and vendors Education & Experience High School Diploma required One year of work experience may substitute for one year of education (up to four years) with demonstrated increasing responsibility Minimum one year of related experience in a similar role Experience with a high-volume residential builder strongly preferred Why Kolter Homes?
