Construction Superintendent / Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent / Foreman to join our team. The Construction Superintendent / Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Produce 3 week detailed schedule off of the overall project schedule and ensure project schedule is kept or advanced.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor costs
• Order materials based off of project schedule and budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and changes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Experience with construction management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, or ProCore
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
