Job Description
Role:
Ensure effective day‑to‑day HSE performance at site level by implementing group and divisional HSE standards, embedding safe behaviors in daily operations, and driving ownership for health and safety within the line organization. Act as the primary HSE partner for site management and employees, translating requirements into practical execution.
Responsibilities:
Implement group and divisional HSE standards and requirements at site level
Enable and challenge line management on risk identification and preventive actions
Drive site‑level HSE performance, compliance, and corrective actions
Manage incidents, investigations, and emergency preparedness
Support audits and provide structured input to divisional performance reviews
Maintain and continuously improve HSE management system and ensure local application of documentation, etc.
Locally monitor performance and ensure in-time and comprehensive reporting
Ensure compliance with local legal and other requirements
Requirements:
Strong operational understanding of site‑level HSE risks
Ability to influence and coach line management
Pragmatic execution and problem‑solving mindset
Credible communication on the shopfloor and with management in local language and English
Solid understanding of legal and internal HSE requirements
