The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading the organization in alignment with its mission, vision, and values. The GM will lead initiatives focused on strategic planning, program development, financial management, personnel management, compliance, and customer engagement.

DUTIES 1.

Job Preparation :

Review the scope of work with your Foreman. Work with Warehouse Manager to identify materials, load vehicles and stock supplies/tools. 2.

Technical :

Assist with tower construction and maintenance by climbing towers or serving as a ground technician assembling tower components, performing physical labor, general construction. Assist with the operation and interpretation of testing equipment, project plans, client requests. Drive company vehicles. 3. Utilize Tools and Equipment. Use, manage, and care for a variety of tools and equipment throughout the workday including but not limited to testing equipment, hand tools, rental equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc… 4.

Safety & Training :

Perform safety checks, participate in safety discussions , and maintain the highest standards of safety protocol. Participate in a variety of trainings as needed to maintain compliance and standards within industry. 5.

Documentation :

Utilize diverse online programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, Trello, Etc... 6. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years' leadership experience (managing projects) in construction, iron work, electrical work, maintenance, engineering or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties. Experience with business management concepts and implementation (administrative functions) Knowledge of wireless infrastructure construction Driver's License with a good driving record (past 3 years) Drug testing may be required Ability to travel throughout the northwest Preferred Experience in wireless infrastructure.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional field work, travel, and driving vehicle required in all weather conditions. Most work is performed in an office setting, requiring sedentary work at a computer.
