Rennison Companies develops ground up commercial and residential communities in Idaho. We specialize in retail, office, multi-family and high-end for sale residential projects. We are always looking for talented and trustworthy team players to join our group of planners, designers, constructors and accountants in the development our inspiring communities. Duties and Responsibilities Primary administrative manager of construction projects from start to finish, to include:
  • Collaboration with in-house and consulting design teams for constructability and cost concerns
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and trade partners
  • Develop and oversee project schedules
  • Manage bidding, subcontracting, risk and costs for successful projects
  • Provide team leadership and support for project engineers and superintendents
  • Promote a culture of excellence and personal and professional growth Skills and Abilities
  • Computer and technology proficiency with: o Procore o Buildertrend Software o Microsoft Project o Microsoft Suite o Bluebeam
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop new relationships
  • Strong leadership and high integrity Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent degree
