• built assets What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing construction execution end-to-end, from mobilization through substantial completion and closeout Owning site sequencing, trade coordination and daily construction logistics Maintaining schedule integrity, tracking progress against baseline and managing change requests Controlling project budget, tracking costs against forecast and managing cost accountability with subcontractors Ensuring safety compliance across all construction activities, including regulatory adherence and incident reporting Managing subcontractor performance, quality control and adherence to contract terms Coordinating with design, engineering and procurement teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges Preparing and presenting project status reports to leadership and stakeholders Leading site teams and fostering accountability across field and office operations What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of construction project management or site management experience Demonstrated delivery of complex construction projects, including experience with scheduling, budgeting and cost control Knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA compliance and incident management Proficiency in construction management software and project controls tools Experience managing subcontractors and leading field teams Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field Authorization to work in the
