Job Description Insight Global is seeking a temporary Construction Project Coordinator to assist a large retail/healthcare client in Deerfield, IL. This individual is responsible for coordinating and managing complex store support requests, vendor relationships, and order fulfillment processes. This role serves as a key liaison between field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of store materials, equipment, and fixtures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment where requests often require critical thinking and exception management. Skills and Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, order management, procurement, supply chain, or vendor management. Experience supporting capital projects, construction, retail operations, or store development initiatives. Strong background in order coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requests, and cross-functional stakeholders. High attention to detail with experience validating specifications, quantities, and order requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and Outlook.
