Field Project Supervisor
•Job Summary The Field Project Supervisor oversees residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish. This role involves supervising installation crews on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with homeowners regarding project progress or unexpected issues. The position requires strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and the ability to manage various project needs efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to facilitate clear communication with diverse teams and clients.
•Duties Supervise residential roofing and siding projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Use CRM software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively; document work progress with pictures and upload to CRM software. Manage installation crews, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to project specifications. Oversee daily site operations, including coordinating materials delivery and resolving any shortages or scope changes promptly. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding project updates, questions, or unexpected issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Take responsibility for resolving project needs such as material shortages or scope modifications by coordinating with suppliers or adjusting work plans accordingly. Operate trucks and dump trucks as needed for transporting materials or debris to landfills or disposal sites. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by managing waste removal and ensuring proper disposal practices. Monitor crew performance and productivity, providing feedback to improve efficiency and workmanship.
•Requirements Proven construction site experience , particularly in residential roofing and siding projects. Strong crew management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices in construction safety standards. Valid driver's license with strong driving skills for trucks and dump trucks. Ability to resolve project issues promptly, including material shortages or scope changes. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with team members and clients. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive approach to challenges on-site.

$20.00
