We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Master Craftsman to join our team. This position is ideal for a well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their work, has experience across multiple areas of residential construction, and enjoys solving problems and bringing projects to completion. Position Requirements Experience in residential construction and remodeling Working knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, electrical, and plumbing Ability to complete punch list items with strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members Key Responsibilities Complete a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects Perform finish carpentry and other quality finish work Complete punch list items and address project details as needed Collaborate with subcontractors and team members throughout each project Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners and address project needs Help ensure completed work meets Town & Country Builders' standards for quality and craftsmanship What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You should be comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate with a larger team. A strong understanding of residential construction and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the job are important to this role.
