We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations and oversee the successful completion of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, build strong teams, solve problems, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for field operations. Supervise and coordinate foremen, skilled laborers, subcontractors, and other jobsite personnel. Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily activities. Maintain project schedules and communicate priorities to field teams. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Review plans, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, and progress. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, inspectors, vendors, and other trades. Identify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the project. Maintain daily reports, manpower records, production information, and other required documentation. Conduct quality-control inspections and assist with punch-list and project closeout activities. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on every jobsite. Participate in safety meetings, inspections, JHAs, and other safety initiatives. Coach, mentor, and hold field employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performance. Help develop and mentor future foremen and field leaders. Maintain a professional, organized, and productive jobsite. Travel as required based on project needs. Requirements 5+ years of construction experience with progressive field leadership experience. Previous experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role. Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction. Specialty construction experience is a strong plus, particularly in concrete restoration, masonry, waterproofing, caulking, coatings, flooring, or structural repair. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and jobsite sequencing. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a field team accountable. Proactive approach to planning and project management. Ability to work independently while collaborating with Project Managers and company leadership. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel as needed. Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen. Pay:

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
