Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Greeting guests, taking and finalizing orders, suggestively selling, preparing and refreshing beverages, communicating specific customer needs to kitchen, delivering meals to guests Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared
