This role is vital in ensuring that drywall work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate daily activities, manage crews, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. Your expertise in construction management software, blueprint reading, and crew supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise drywall installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily work schedules with project managers and other trades to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to interpret project requirements accurately. Manage on-site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations. Oversee quality control processes to ensure drywall installation meets industry standards and client expectations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools for project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing documentation. Conduct regular site inspections, supervise team performance, and manage crew management activities including training and conflict resolution. Requirements Proven experience supervising drywall or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction site management. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project scheduling coordination, budgeting, and cost control. Knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively. Demonstrated experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent managerial communication skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications related to drywall installation and overall project scope. Valid experience with construction safety management practices on commercial sites; OSHA certification preferred. Skilled in supervising crew management activities such as training staff on safety procedures and work standards. Construction experience involving pipeline projects or heavy civil work is a plus; familiarity with Ohmmeter use for electrical testing is advantageous.
