$90,000 - $110,000 We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a renovation project inside an active hospital in the Shreveport, LA area. This role requires experience working in occupied healthcare facilities, coordinating closely with facility staff to minimize disruption to patient care. This role is based in the field, away from the company's home office, but the team makes a point of flying employees in for company events and is known for genuinely taking care of its people.

Traveling candidates are strongly preferred:

the next assignment after this one could be in the same location or elsewhere in the Southeast. What You'll Do Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors, ensuring work meets the approved schedule and quality standards Coordinate work sequencing and site logistics to minimize disruption to hospital operations and patient care Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to plan ahead and anticipate potential issues Verify subcontractors obtain all necessary permits Act as the primary safety representative in the field and enforce quality control policies Lead regular contractor meetings and maintain daily reports and documentation in Procore Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the project team and trade contractors Resolve jurisdictional disputes and coordinate with local building officials as needed What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor Experience managing projects valued at $3 million or more Prior experience working in occupied or active healthcare facilities strongly preferred Construction document literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and trades OSHA 30-Hour Certified Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office preferred Traveling candidates strongly preferred, as future assignments may be located elsewhere in the Southeast A valid driver's license What You'll Gain A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience The opportunity to lead a high-visibility healthcare renovation project from the field Regular opportunities to connect with the broader team through company-sponsored events, even while working away from the home office Standard PTO and health benefits The stability of a growing general contractor that's genuinely invested in its field employees At Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders.
