Job Description
Superintendent -
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the on-site Superintendent for custom home projects, managing daily field operations and trade coordination.
Oversee quality control and craftsmanship to ensure high-end residential standards are met on every phase of construction.
Manage project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving delays or cost issues to keep work on track.
Coordinate, supervise and evaluate subcontractors and labor crews; enforce safety protocols and site housekeeping standards.
Read and interpret architectural and MEP plans, specifications, and change orders; ensure work complies with drawings and building codes.
Prepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists; facilitate inspections and closeouts.
Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Qualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.
Proven success managing ground-up custom homes, luxury residences, and high-end renovations.
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, inspections, and quality control.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and overseeing complex residential projects.
Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and jobsite operations while maintaining safety and craftsmanship standards.
Commercial construction experience is a plus.
