Job Description Collaborate with project teams to successfully deliver construction projects from planning through completion. Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Support scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and overall project execution efforts. Participate in problem-solving and decision-making throughout all phases of construction. Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence. Work across a diverse portfolio including multifamily, healthcare, education, municipal, commercial, and historic renovation projects. Assist in implementing innovative construction solutions that enhance efficiency and value for clients. The Successful Applicant 2-3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer in commercial construction. Experience working on occupied facilities, ground-up construction, renovations, or additions. Project experience in multifamily, commercial, education, hospitality, healthcare, country club, or similar sectors preferred. Experience with warehouse or manufacturing projects alone will not be considered. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. OSHA 30 certification required. CSL license preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Must be able to work full-time on site in Durham, NH. Candidates should reside within approximately one hour of the project location.
