Job Description Assist in managing day-to-day construction site operations. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project progress. Monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Oversee quality control measures throughout the construction process. Support project managers in meeting deadlines and budget goals. Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports. Address on-site issues and provide quick resolutions. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction processes and site management. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 annually.
