Job Description Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments Direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term look-ahead plans, and site logistics plans Enforce company safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all work activities Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, ownership groups, and local authorities Conduct subcontractor meetings and drive accountability to project milestones Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets contract documents and company standards Oversee project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover to ownership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
