Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals. Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expense tracking. Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project phases. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns. Maintain clear communication channels among all project participants.
