About Our Client Headquartered in Quincy, MA Top 400 ENR Firm Ground up multifamily and commercial builds 350+ people backlog of work through 2027 Job Description Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects to meet quality standards and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals. Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expense tracking. Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project phases. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns. Maintain clear communication channels among all project participants. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the multifamily space Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction best practices. Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide diverse teams effectively. Ability to manage project budgets and schedules with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
