Job Description Manage daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on-site. Monitor and inspect construction activities to maintain high-quality standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation. Lead site meetings and foster collaboration among team members. Oversee resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Lab Construction should have: Experience with managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in lab construction. Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project documents. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
