A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description

Toro Construction is looking for the newest member of our sales and estimation team. If you're passionate about design and driven to build quality, stunning projects for your customers, this is the right fit for you. Our work is exciting, fast paced, and very fulfilling. In this role you will be focused primarily on estimating and overseeing projects you estimate. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, decks, and all types of interior remodeling to homeowners in the Woburn and surrounding area.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting with clients to develop design ideas for their home that suits their needs and their budget
  • Computing budget ranges and price estimates for the project that you proposed
  • Helping select and recommending finishes and products for the newly proposed space
  • Serving as a consultant to our clients and manage the relationship with homeowners, from initial contact through the construction of their project
  • Partnering with our subcontractors, and with our project leads, to ensure a successful home renovation
  • Generating new business opportunities by attending trade shows, networking events, and other opportunities.
The right individual must be:
Customer service oriented and understand that the customer experience is critical. Ability to schedule out and pivot when needed to accommodate unforeseen issues during a week. Effectively communicate with customers, management, and others as needed. Be able to multi-task and answer emails, phone calls, and texts throughout the day. Administratively capable to complete punch lists, collect money, work authorizations, and change. If you do not have a sense of urgency and desire to grow, this position is not for you. To be successful in this role, a minimum of 3 years of interior remodeling sales experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. You should possess an ability to communicate well with others in a collaborative environment. Most importantly, you should be energetic and have a willingness to learn. Compensation for the position starts at $40,000
  • 50,000 base salary depending on experience, plus commission on the jobs you sell with the potential to earn $125,000+.
