Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Renovation Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage renovation and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, employees, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules using effective project scheduling techniques. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to owners, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment. Implement best practices in project coordination to enhance productivity and quality on the construction site. Bid projects, and meeting with new and potential customers. Experience Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with home and business renovations . Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
