We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager who leads by example, supports daily operations, and helps drive both team and business success. What You'll Do As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the General Site Manager. You'll oversee team performance, help train and motivate staff, and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Responsibilities include:
Arrive on time, prepared to lead and work alongside your team. Actively manage the wash floor — not just observe. Ensure all opening, closing, and daily checklists are completed accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site at all times. Provide clear communication and leadership for staff and customers. Address performance issues respectfully and escalate when needed. Train, coach, and support team members for ongoing success. Step into the Manager role when the GM is off-site. Model a positive, solution-oriented attitude every day.
