The company has expanded significantly in recent years, growing 400% over the past 8 years to a team of 70 employees, with projected revenue of $40M-$50M. Originally rooted in post-frame construction (still delivering 200+ projects annually), the business has diversified into pre-engineered steel buildings and concrete precast, with a strong and growing presence across self-storage, residential, agricultural (including equestrian and dairy facilities), and light commercial sectors such as retail and restaurants. Their commercial division alone has seen approximately 40% year-over-year growth. Job Description Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
