CNC Setup / Operator, Day Shift, No Overtime Absolute CNC & Sourcing Inc | Becker, MN | Full-time Absolute CNC & Sourcing is a machine shop in Becker, MN looking for a CNC setup/operator to join our team. You'll set up and run our CNC turning equipment and produce quality parts on a steady day schedule. Schedule (your choice): 4 x 10-hour days, or Standard 5-day day shift

Equipment you'll work on: Citizen L32 (sliding headstock lathe) Mori Seiki NL2000 (CNC turning center) Nakamura-Tome TW-20 (twin-spindle turning center) Nakamura-Tome TMC-15 (CNC turning center What you'll do: Set up machines from job travelers, prints, and setup sheets Load tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs Run production and keep parts within tolerance Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM and other measuring tools Make minor program edits and adjustments as needed Keep your machine and work area clean and safe What we're looking for: Experience in CNC setup and operation, ideally on lathes or turning centers Ability to read prints and use precision measuring tools Basic shop math and good attention to detail Experience with Citizen, Mori Seiki, or Nakamura is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person on our equipment Reliable, on time, and takes pride in good work What we offer:

$25 to $38 per hour, depending on experience No mandatory overtime Choice of 4x10 or 5x8 day schedule
