First of the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire. What You'll Do Develop conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates for complex industrial projects. Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements to define scope and cost. Prepare proposals and evaluate project risks, cost impacts, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with clients, engineers, project teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Negotiate and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to identify the best overall value. Maintain accurate estimating data and documentation while supporting a smooth project handoff. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced preconstruction professional who understands industrial mechanical construction and can turn complex project information into accurate, well-supported estimates and proposals. Required Qualifications Three (3) years or more of estimating experience with a thorough understanding of industrial mechanical systems, equipment, drawings, specifications, and techniques. Two-year degree in Mechanical or CAD Drafting, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or closely related field of study OR five (5) years or more of industrial construction experience. Proficient with MS Office Suite and industry‑related estimating software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. Previous project management experience is strongly preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
