Kids' Zone Aides - Pike Lake Elementary Assist the site manager with setting goals and program implementation Work directly with and supervises students in planned activities Help to teach and encourage appropriate social skills Assist the site manager in discipline policies and procedures Set a good example in attitude, actions, and speech for children Maintains an organized and neat environment by cleaning and storing supplies appropriately Set up computer, supplies, and activities for children Assist the site manager in student safety and well-being Promote good parent communication Communicates with the site manager about issues regarding parents, students, or other staff
