Commercial HVAC Project Manager/Estimator

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to lead and coordinate complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects within the commercial construction sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical construction estimating skills, project management experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality HVAC solutions. Responsibilities Develop accurate and competitive construction estimates for commercial HVAC projects Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, and schedules, integrating schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications. Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Coordinate with the construction team to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Help oversee all phases of project execution including procurement, subcontractor management, site supervision, and quality control while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project accuracy and compliance with design intent. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and updates; adjust schedules proactively using construction management software to meet deadlines. Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and documentation to mitigate risks and maximize profitability. Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly on-site while maintaining excellent time management practices. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating with proficiency Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems design, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and contracts management. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from estimation through completion with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience working on commercial construction sites. Exceptional communication skills for effective project coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Pay:

Up to $125,000.00 per year
