Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fence installation Foreman to lead and work side by side with our Fencing Crew, from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Fence installation, management processes, technical drawings, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, coordinating roles for crew members, reviewing project details with Superintendant, and ensuring projects adhere to quality standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities Lead the crew, coordination, and execution of Fence projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage project schedules to develop realistic timelines and resource allocations. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications with Supervisor Oversee on site that all safety regulations by OSHA standards are applied. Responsible for getting crew on site in timely manor Keep track of company tools and products Ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in Fencing and installation 3 years plus, as well as 2 years in leadership, some exp in construction needed. Extensive knowledge in Fencing materials, tools, and running a labor crew. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced Fencing environment with a focus on safety compliance under OSHA standards. Strong understanding of installation drawing review, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation if needed with Superintendent. Ability to interpret Fencing diagrams to delegate to crew on set up Fencing site experience with hands-on supervision of field activities, to be able to excel and grow in the position.
