Construction Supervisor - MTN Region Position Summary The Construction Supervisor is responsible for building client relationships, managing construction sites, and optimizing project performance. Primary responsibilities include planning, scheduling day-to-day site management, and overall execution with a focus on safety, quality, and cost. This role interfaces and works directly with crews, project managers, clients, and executive management. Telecom experience is required. Desired Qualifications You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. Are proficient in Microsoft office suites. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills. You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments. Strong leadership and construction management skills. Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversees construction sites in the mountain states to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.
• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures.
• Ensures that the project is completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
• Lead and direct ground crews daily.
• Develops redline and daily reports.
• Monitors schedule updates.
• Maintains cleanliness of job sites, company equipment, and vehicles.
• Daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job sites.

Qualifications 5 years of underground and aerial telecom experience is required . Supervisor experience is required. Risk assessment/management. Leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Travel is required.
• Verifiable business references required.
